• Once the shipping process has started, we cannot accept any cancellations, changes to the quantity or content of the order, changes to the delivery address, returns, or exchanges.
• If you receive an incorrect product, a damaged product, or a product with printing errors or missing pages, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product. We will replace it immediately at our expense.

• Please ensure that the delivery address information you provide is accurate. If a redirection is required due to incomplete delivery address information, the transportation fee from the original address to the new address will be charged to you upon receipt.
• If the product is returned to us due to incomplete address information, extended absence, or refusal to accept (including rejection of receipt), the order will be automatically canceled(except for pre-paid orders).
  In such cases, we will charge the actual shipping and handling fees incurred.

*For pre-paid orders via “postal transfer (domestic shipping)” or “bank transfer (international shipping)”, etc. if payment is made before shipping, we will re-ship the item.
In such cases, additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
Even for orders where we cover the shipping cost, a shipping cost will be charged for re-shipping.
